I was uncertain whether I could complete a transaction from the US to Ireland but I really wanted to send flowers to a friend in Cobh. Still wondering if it would work, I found Direct2Florist on line and submitted an order, asking that the flowers be delivered on 12/21. They delivered as promised on time and the arrangement was very nice.
